Google Docs

Google Docs reminds me of our W-drive at school. Only Google Docs, in my opinion, is better. It has advantages over a shared drive. The biggest advantage is that you can access it from anywhere on any computer allowing you to always be on the most current version of a document. I can't tell you how many times I have had to attach a file to an e-mail so I could access it from home to work on it. I would use the same process to send it back. After awhile, you forget where your most current version is and you end up with a different version at each place. I really like Google Docs! Google Docs would be especially advantagious to use when working on a collaborative team.
